Dean A. Hoover, CPA

Dean joined the firm in 1986 and has been Managing Principal at WNC CPAs & Consultants, LLC since 2006.  Dean has over 30 years of experience in public accounting.  He is involved in all aspects of the tax, accounting, and consulting services offered by the firm.  Dean has experience in various industries including construction, retail, service, natural gas, non-profit, and governmental entities.

Dean has extensive experience in the non-profit and governmental financial service areas. In addition, Dean devotes substantial time to address the strategic planning and business development needs for local businesses.

Dean graduated in 1985 from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS degree in Accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Dean enjoys serving in the local community through his involvement with the Ephrata Area Education Foundation, where he currently serves as President.  He serves as Chairman of the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation Audit Committee.  Dean is also a member of the Fulton Bank Advisory Board.  Dean is an active member of the LCBC church.

Dean resides in Ephrata with his wife, Amy.  He is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys spending time in the mountains.
