We are seeking Seasonal Tax Preparers to join our team during tax season. We anticipate this position to run from the beginning of February through mid-April.

Applicants should have experience in the preparation of income tax returns for individuals including farms, small business, and rental properties by compiling client information, and inputting into tax preparation software.

Other responsibilities include :

Determining what information is needed to prepare a complete and accurate tax return.
Adhere to the firms standards and procedures regarding tax preparation.
Refer difficult and complex issues to managers and partners for advice and counsel.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
Minimum of three (3) years of individual income tax preparation experience
Available to work early February through mid-April
Available to work 40 hours/week
Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of staff in a team environment
High School diploma required; Bachelors degree a plus
Knowledge of UltraTax CS is a plus
